Paraic Madigan TEP will be one of the select speakers at this year’s STEP Ireland Annual Conference on 16 May at the Radisson SAS, St Helen’s Hotel. Madigan will discuss transparency and regulation: impact on Irish families but other topics include domestic and international estate planning; the functional test for capacity and the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill; and a probate litigation and procedural update. Registration for the event must be completed before the 2 May 2014.
