Death during divorce costs widow £6m
A widow wants the High Court to make legal history by rewriting her husband’s will to make “reasonable provision” for her. Mrs Vindis claims she would have received half his £12m estate had her husband not died during divorce proceedings. Mr Vindis’s will left her with just £36,000 while the majority of his estate was left to their two children
