INSOLVENCY: Bankrupt peer’s trustee can pursue offshore assets
The England & Wales High Court has ruled that the trustee in bankruptcy of Rhodri Viscount St Davids can pursue the assets of an ‘elaborate corporate and trust structure involving an extensive array of companies spanning a number of different jurisdictions’, set up by the Viscount after he was made bankrupt in June 2002.
