Oligarch’s secret daughter wins DNA fight
Anastasia Goncharova, who claims to be the secret daughter of oligarch Kakha Bendukidze, has been granted access to his remains after Mrs Justice Thirlwall at the High Court said she could carry out DNA testing to prove she is his daughter. Mr Bendukidze’s widow sought to block the move which could open up a battle for his £650m estate
